Many believe that we might intentionally, or unintentionally, destroy ourselves. Society could easily adopt extreme political positions e.g., communism or totalitarianism
and has done so historically on several occasions. Could Technology, or as many call it the Fourth Industrial Revolution, gets out of control? It may be worth
examining some societal trends, and assess what effects these trends might have on our day to day life and even our long term survival!
